Neil Ferguson, Chief Executive Officer
Neil is responsible for leading the implementation and successful operation of the group’s strategic and operational initiatives. Neil brings over 30 years experience in senior management positions in Australia and overseas, providing strategic direction and detailed commercial advice to a wide range of public and private companies. In his role as director at KPMG he consulted to some of Queensland’s most successful property investors. He has developed and leased purpose-built independent data facilities in Australia and Singapore totaling over 40,000m² and has overseen the management of properties valued at over $900 million. He has also held the position of Chief Financial Officer for a subsidiary of the Toyota Motor Corporation.
As CEO of Zupp Property Group, Neil focuses on maximising return from the group’s existing blue-chip property holdings and investments, while analysing and pursuing appropriate property and business growth opportunities.
