Zupp Property Group continues to expand its Interciti business precinct at Ormeau on the Gold Coast. Works have commenced on 7 Zupp Drive, a four-story, 4,690 square metre office building adjacent to and complementing the Group’s highly successful 1 Zupp Drive offices, completed in 2022.
The building is being constructed by Deluca Corporation, which also delivered the precinct’s Interciti Plaza office/retail building fronting Eggersdorf Road, now fully leased.
Zupp CEO Neil Ferguson said:

On completion of 7 Zupp Drive, Interciti will host six buildings with a total of 13,900 square metres of office space, cementing it as the northern Gold Coast’s premier office location.

Interciti supports many of these businesses in hosting their office and technical teams. 7 Zupp Drive is a continuation of our vision for the site. We have a further 3.5 hectares of land at Interciti earmarked for future development and will continue to work with the Queensland business community and Government to develop class-leasing product that leaves an enduring legacy for the region.”
