Having reached its use-by date, the old A/C chiller at 140 Bundall Road, was running very inefficiently & still utilising the outdated R22 refrigerant gas.
As the new owner of 140 Bundall Road, Zupp Property Group made it a priority to replace it with a new Carrier Aquaforce air-cooled chiller with a capacity of just over 600kw.
In addition to being environmentally friendly, this unit is economical to run & provides superior reliability; essential to contend with Queensland’s oppressive Summers.
This new A/C chiller also features fixed speed compressors & fixed fans which will improve cooling efficiency across the coil & achieve optimally comfortable conditions to all tenancies within the building.
