In partnership with Automotive Holdings Group (AHG) Zupp Property Group are underway in redeveloping the Zupps Aspley dealership site. The works include the demolition of the previous Hyundai, Mitsubishi showrooms and service centre buildings and the construction of new state of the art showroom facilities for Hyundai and Mitsubishi, renovated Holden showroom and a newly refurbished showroom for Suzuki as well as the construction of a new 40 bay workshop.
The development will take place over the next 12 months and will cement the site as Brisbane’s premier motor vehicle sales and service centre. The size and location of the site combined with the new state-of-the-art facilities will provide a one-stop shop for customers searching for their new vehicle. The building works have been contracted to Alders Constructions a Gold Coast based commercial builder. Alders are well underway with the project having most of the ‘in ground’ works complete and a plan to be substantially through the project come Christmas.
